For example... when I tried so hard to enjoy studying I tend to hate it more... but now when i study i don't try to enjoy I just study and the best thing is that i study without much things being blocked out of my head. So...The conclusion. Don't try so hard. A Carteira e A Cartomante
Há um conto de Machado de Assis chamado A Carteira. Um empresário endividado descobre na rua uma carteira cheia de dinheiro. É justamente o quanto ele precisa para quitar suas dívidas, mas a carteira é de seu melhor amigo. Então, durante quase todo o conto, ele permanece em conflito sobre se deve entregar ou não o dinheiro ao amigo. Acaba entregando, e depois, quando se afasta, o amigo tira um bilhete da carteira e entrega-o à mulher do empresário, que lê rápido e o rasga. Os dois eram amantes. E o empresário, obcecado pelo aspecto financeiro, não percebeu debaixo do nariz a prova que seu casamento estava já destruído. Por que eu conto esta história? Bem, porque de vez em quando eu ouço "liberais" elogiando a postura do Lula na economia, eu ouço gente dizendo que o PT está com os pés no chão porque está praticando uma política monetarista de juros altos. Essa gente é igual à personagem do Machado de Assis. Obcecados pelo dinheiro, não percebem que o PT já tem tudo para tomar... (more)
